Everygame Casino offers over 300 games in many different game categories.  The nature of online casino gaming is that gamers can play every one of our games over time!  We absolutely encourage gamers, who can go from game to game without giving up their seat as they do at any land-based casino, to play all of our games over time and at their leisure.

This means that a player who has never played blackjack, video poker, Pai Gow Poker, Caribbean Poker, or Banana Jones may not know the best way to play these “new” games.

So, here we will give you our top tips for many of our games.

Slots Are the Quintessential Game of Chance

That being said, there are ways to improve your winning chances at slots.  First, try to play slots with low volatility.  This means that the game will deliver relatively many winning spins albeit with relatively low win amounts.

Slots with low volatility arrive at the set return to player rate more often than slots with high volatility.

Second, and this applies to all of our games but it applies most to the games of chance, play slots for fun and as entertainment.  Only the very few get rich quick playing slots.  Gamers who play for the fun of it have a much more satisfying gaming experience.

Third, look for a slot with the most profitable wild symbol action.

Fourth, play in our free play mode when you are checking out a slot.  Then you will be ready to play that slot for real money.

Fifth, if you do play for a huge progressive jackpot, remember to bet the maximum on all paylines.  The big jackpot goes only to a gamer who has bet the maximum on the winning payline.

Sixth, play slots at Everygame Casino or at any other reputable online casino.  Land-based casinos usually have the random number generator, which determines all outcomes in games that players play at a terminal, calibrated by the game provider to return less than we return to players.

Blackjack and Video Poker

We put these games together because they both pay out about 99.5% of all money bet if you play with the best strategy on every hand.  In addition, there is no volatility in blackjack and video poker so land-based casinos tend to pay out less than we pay out here at Everygame Casino.

There are, of course, differences between blackjack and video poker.

  1. In blackjack, a lot of players always stand with 12 points or more.  This is a strategic mistake.  We urge all gamers to learn when to hit and when to stand with 12 or more points.
  2. We carry many variations of blackjack so it is very important that gamers learn the rules that apply to the blackjack variation they wish to play.
  3. We urge gamers to play only blackjack games that pay 3-2 for a blackjack.  Many land-based casinos now pay 6-5 for a blackjack which is a lot less than 3-2.  Everygame Casino always pays 3-2 for a blackjack.
  4. Never take insurance.  This is an offer from the dealer when he has an ace showing.  Statistically speaking, this bet loses substantially over time.
  5. In blackjack, be aware that it may be tempting to split some pairs but it may also be a poor decision.  The same rule of thumb applies to doubling down.
  6. In video poker, keep in mind that while Everygame Casino pays 9-6 for a full house and a flush many land-based casinos now pay 8-5 or even 7-5.
  7. In video poker, always bet the maximum to qualify for the bonus payout for that rare Royal Flush.
  8. Video poker gamers have to learn when to break a winning pair in order to go for a much better hand.
  9. We offer many variations of video poker so we urge gamers to learn the exact rules for any variation you wish to play and to play in free play mode when you are trying out a video poker variation that you have never played before.

Play Caribbean Poker Carefully

There are three versions of Caribbean Poker.  The gameplay is basically the same in each version.  The player makes an ante bet and receives cards.  Now the gamer has to decide to stay in the hand or to fold.

If the gamer stays in the hand, he or she has to make a second bet that is double the ante bet.

The main element in all of the Caribbean Poker variations is that the dealer has to qualify to win the gamer’s bets.  The dealer cannot win any bets if she doesn’t qualify.

If the dealer does not qualify, the gamer wins the ante bet and the second bet is a push.  If the dealer does qualify, either the gamer will win both bets or the house will win both bets.

What is the Best Strategy in Caribbean Poker?

It is somewhat difficult to find a sound and in-depth strategy analysis for Caribbean Poker.  So, many gamers simply stay in every hand.  This is probably a poor decision.  The problem is in identifying the hands that the player should fold.

There is a consensus that in each Caribbean Poker variation, the gamer should fold any hand that is weaker than the dealer’s qualifying hand.  However, this is not a hard and fast consensus.  A more nuanced strategy would be for the gamer to fold any hand that is equal to the dealer’s qualifying hand and is very poor at the second and third card level.

If the player has a marginal hand, he or she can still win the ante bet if the dealer doesn’t qualify.  But it is likely a poor strategy to stay in a hand with a marginal hand.

Pai Gow Poker Challenges Gamers’ Minds

In this fantastic poker variation, the gamer and the dealer each get 7 cards.  Both the player and the dealer have to make a hand with two cards and a hand with five cards.  The dealer has to follow a fixed set of rules as to how to arrange her hand.  The player has more flexibility but there is one hard and fast rule: the five-card hand has to be better than the two-card hand.

It is not uncommon for the player to split two pairs.  This means to assign the higher pair to the five-card hand and the lower pair to the two-card hand.

Players also have to be very aware of all of their cards.  It is not unusual for the next high card to win the five-card hand.  Pai Gow Poker is one of the unsung games here at Everygame Casino.
