Section 1: General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Everygame Casino Red (“Everygame,” “the Casino,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By registering an account, placing wagers, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1. Eligibility

1.1.1 You are responsible for ensuring that sports betting or casino play is legal in your jurisdiction and that you comply with all applicable laws before opening an account or placing wagers. The Casino does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of our services in your location.

1.1.2 For casino registration and play, the minimum age is 18 or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Proof of age may be requested at any time.

1.1.3 Registrations will not be accepted from residents of Australia, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Slovakia, or Costa Rica. We may also refuse new accounts from the United States at our sole discretion.

1.1.4 Accounts created from the following countries are not eligible for any promotional bonuses: Albania, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, China, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, and Ukraine.

1.1.5 Staff members, contractors, or affiliates of Everygame, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to participate in real-money wagering.

1.2. Account Registration and Security

1.2.1 Only one Everygame account is permitted per user. Any attempt to open multiple accounts may result in closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds.

1.2.2 Registration information must be complete, accurate, and kept up to date. The name on the account must match the name on all payment methods used.

1.2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any wagers or account activity conducted with your credentials will be treated as authorised by you.

1.2.4 If you suspect a third party has your login details, you must request a password reset immediately.

1.2.5 By creating an account, you consent to the Casino verifying your details through third-party sources. These checks may confirm your identity, address, payment method, and other details required for compliance.

1.2.6 The Casino may close accounts at its discretion, particularly if identity cannot be verified, if prohibited activity is suspected, if criminal or otherwise suspicious activity is detected, or if valid identification documents are not provided upon request. In cases of criminal or suspicious activity, all account balances (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited.

1.3. Deposits and Withdrawals

1.3.1 Deposits will only be accepted from payment methods registered in the account holder’s name. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts owned and controlled by the same individual.

1.3.2 All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.

1.3.3 The Casino reserves the right to withhold payouts and recover costs in cases of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transactions.

1.3.4 Withdrawal methods will generally match the deposit method used. We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate withdrawal channel at our discretion. We reserve the right to audit payout requests and reclaim bonuses or winnings in the event of a failed audit.

1.3.5 If there is no activity in your account for a period of 18 months, your account will be considered inactive. At the point of inactivity, any balance in the account will be voided. Upon your request, real money balances may be reinstated.

1.3.6 We may request documents at any time to verify your identity, address, source of funds, and ownership of payment methods. Withdrawal processing is contingent on successful verification. Failure to comply may result in suspended accounts or cancelled payouts.

1.3.7 Withdrawals are subject to processing times and may be paid in instalments where appropriate. Initial requests and updates to withdrawal details may take several business days to process. External factors, such as banking restrictions or holidays, may cause additional delays.

1.3.8 We are not responsible for delays in processing that result from third-party institutions or external circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will notify you of such delays.

1.4. Game Rules and Fair Play

1.4.1 All wagers are placed, accepted, managed, and settled at Everygame’s operating headquarters. Any contractual disputes will be resolved by the courts in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

1.4.2 Bets will remain valid if placed by a third party using your account credentials, whether authorised or not.

1.4.3 The use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any artificial intelligence software is strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation may be suspended and funds confiscated.

1.4.4 Players must notify Everygame immediately of any system error, malfunction, or incorrect balance credit. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from software, hardware, internet connectivity, random number generators, or payment systems. Any wagers, winnings, or funds resulting from such errors or malfunctions will be considered void, must not be used, and will be reclaimed. Customers knowingly taking advantage of such errors may be held liable for resulting damages.

1.4.5 Wagering on behalf of others, or acting in collusion with other bettors or players to exploit promotions or markets, is prohibited.

1.4.6 All casino games offered by Everygame are monitored at all times. We have the ability to track and review each hand/roll/slot pull/spin for each player and game offered.

1.4.7 The platform is strictly for personal, recreational use. Accounts may not be used for commercial purposes, group betting, or any form of professional gambling.

1.4.8 All tournaments conclude at the published end time. Any play still in progress at that moment will be cancelled and incomplete sessions will not generate winnings.

1.5. Conduct

1.5.1 Abusive, offensive, or threatening language towards Everygame staff or in connection with your account will not be tolerated.

1.5.2 Usernames containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language will be changed, locked, or result in account closure.

1.5.3 Our support team provides general assistance only. Their advice or statements are not legally binding and do not override these Terms. In case of discrepancies, the written Terms and Conditions on our website prevail.

1.6. Limitation of Liability

1.6.1 Everygame provides its services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

1.6.2 We are not liable for any losses arising from internet transmission failures, technical errors, disconnections, or third-party actions beyond our control. We also accept no liability for damages resulting from interception or misuse of information transmitted over the internet. In the event of a disconnection for any reason whatsoever between the player and the Casino, we shall not be held liable for any resulting losses. The balance of a player’s account shall at all times be as recorded on the Everygame games server.

1.6.3 Everygame shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

1.7. Intellectual Property

1.7.1 All content on the Everygame site, including software, trademarks, graphics, and designs, is the property of the Casino or its licensors. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

1.8. Indemnity

1.8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everygame, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activities.

1.9. Changes to the Terms

1.9.1 The Casino may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. We also reserve the right to modify our house rules without prior written notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using our services.

1.10. Marketing and Publicity

1.10.1 By accepting a prize or promotional offer, you consent to Everygame displaying your first name, player ID, or initials for marketing purposes. You may opt out by contacting customer service, unless otherwise required by law.

1.11. Additional Terms

1.11.1 We are not responsible for any claims or content from third-party sources or affiliates suggesting association with Everygame. We do not honour obligations based on fraudulent or misleading third-party offers.

1.11.2 Employees of Everygame and members of their households are prohibited from registering accounts, playing games, or participating in promotions.

1.11.3 These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and the Casino regarding the use of our services. We may revise them at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

Agreement

By creating an account or placing wagers with Everygame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or promotional rules published on our site.

Section 2: Bonus Promotions & Slot Tournaments

2.1 Only one bonus per customer, per household or per shared computer at any given time.

2.2 All bonuses awarded to customers shall be considered as betting credits only. Everygame reserves the right to audit all requests for withdrawals, to reclaim any bonuses or winnings that have been accorded prior to a failed audit and to alter or discontinue a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice.

2.3 If customers withdraw money from their account and then return it, they will not be eligible for a re-deposit bonus. In such cases management reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings.

2.4 Terms and Conditions for Everygame Casino Bonus

Deposit bonuses that are exclusive to our Casino have to be redeemed with the specific Coupon Code in the “Redeem Coupon” section of the cashier in the casino client. This must be done BEFORE the deposit is made. A bonus cannot be credited in retrospect.

Only one bonus per customer can be active at any time. The identity of a customer will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.

Standard Wagering Requirements:

The bonus plus the corresponding deposit are credited to the bonus balance and have to be played through 30 times, unless otherwise stated. After completing the wagering requirements, the bonus balance is transferred to the withdrawable balance.

Once the first wager gets placed while playing with a deposit bonus, the bonus redemption cannot be cancelled anymore.

The bonus balance cannot be transferred from the casino.

Example:

In the event that Everygame awards a 100% bonus and the customer deposits $100, the customer must make wagers totaling at least $6,000 in the casino in order to request a withdrawal.

Only the following games count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements and are allowed to be played with an active bonus:

  • Bingo games
  • European Slot Poker
  • Keno
  • Scratch Cards
  • Slots

If a customer plays any games that are not allowed after redeeming a bonus, management reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings.

All bonus offers may include specific small print regarding the valid promotion period, bonus amount, play through requirements and allowed games.

Everygame reserves the right to change promotions at any time. In case of dispute, the decision of Everygame is final.

Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus can be only credited to accounts of players who have never before deposited into their Red Casino account (SLG).

The minimum deposit required to receive the bonus is $20.

Non-Deposit Bonus

Any free money given without requiring a deposit has a maximum payout of 5 times the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.

This rule is also valid when a customer’s balance is positive at the time of redeeming the non-deposit bonus. After redeeming the bonus, the rule will only be annulled after the customer’s balance has reached $0 again.

Players are subject to double the standard wagering requirements.

Our birthday no-deposit bonus must be redeemed within one month of the birthday, all other no-deposit bonuses within one month of their receipt.

Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offers consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses, winnings or winnings from comp points.

Free Spins

The winnings from Free Spins have to be wagered 60 times before a withdrawal can be made. A maximum of 5 times the initial free spins value in USD can be withdrawn, if no deposit was required - unless otherwise stated.

Free Spins are always limited to one specific game.

Free Spins must be completed at the specified game before any other game can be played.

The Free Spins do not change the terms and conditions of a corresponding deposit bonus.

Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offers consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses, winnings or winnings from comp points.

General Everygame Deposit Bonus offers

If a deposit bonus granted in the Sportsbook is transferred into the casino, the standard wagering requirements as defined in 2.4 apply before a withdrawal can be processed.

2.5 In the event of customers’ deposits qualifying for more than one bonus promotion, the bonus with the highest percentage is valid.

2.6 Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system may have their bonuses, as well as any winnings from wagers based on such bonuses, forfeited and be subject to further sanctions at the sole discretion of the Everygame management. In case of abuse, Everygame reserves the right to discontinue a customer's membership and to prevent the player from accessing any Everygame sites in the future.

2.6.1 Please note that customers who have not made any deposits can only claim free bonus winnings one time.

2.6.2 Customers whose last deposit is older than three months and claim a free bonus, are not entitled to a withdrawal.

2.6.3 Winnings made on linked accounts using same offers will automatically be voided. Everygame reserves the right to remove the bonuses and winnings from the accounts.

2.6.4 Max bet rule for all bonuses = $10.00. Any winnings plus bonus amounts will be voided in accordance with this max bet rule.

2.7 Everygame reserves the right to exclude customers from certain or all bonus promotions without prior notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

2.8 For additional and specific details see the small print of individual bonus promotions.

2.9 Slot Tournaments

The Tournament Buy-In will be deducted from your Real Money account balance. Bonuses cannot be used for Buy-Ins to Slot Tournaments.

The Everygame Bonus Rules apply to the Slot Tournament Buy-Ins. If you use the playable balance originating from a no-deposit bonus to enter a tournament, the maximum payout of 5 times the bonus will be applied to any tournament winnings.

Freeroll Tournaments are only for depositing customers. If a customer has never deposited or hasn't made a real money deposit within the last three months, then they are ineligible for our Freeroll Tournaments and management reserves the right to void any freeroll winnings from non depositing players.

Players excluded from redeeming bonuses cannot enter any Slot Tournaments.

If you are disconnected from the system during tournament play, the following rules apply: If you are disconnected during play, the slot will not spin on your behalf. If you reconnect within the tournament time, you can continue playing in the tournament. If you cannot reconnect, your Win Box total will remain static, reflecting the amount at the time of disconnection.

In case a slot tournament is canceled, the Buy-In will be refunded to the player account.
