The Bonus Wheel Jungle slot has a grouped Wild on reels 2, 3 and 4. Just like regular Wilds, these grouped symbols will substitute for all other symbols, except the Scatter, to complete a winning combination.
And speaking of the Scatter, this is where the magic comes alive in Bonus Wheel Jungle. Fittingly, the symbol is a drum - a common instrument used in rituals. And this drum can definitely make mysterious things happen…
For starters, the drum will change into Wilds whenever it shows up on the middle reel. But that’s not all: when the drum shows up in the central position on the middle reel, it will trigger the game’s Bonus Wheel Feature. There is a reason why this is Bonus Wheel Jungle’s defining feature, and you will find out why.
After all wins for the triggering round have been paid, the Feature Wheel will appear on the screen. It will then spin to randomly reveal one of the following special modes: the Jungle Bonus Feature, the Mystery Symbol Feature or the Nudge Feature.
Let’s start with the Jungle Bonus. When this feature is triggered by the wheel, you are awarded 3 re-spins. During these rounds, a Giant Moon symbol will cover reels 2, 3 and 4. Whenever another Moon symbol appears during a spin, it will be held in place and the re-spins count resets to 3. This will keep repeating until there are no re-spins left, or until all positions have been filled by Moon symbols. At the end of the feature, all prize values or jackpots shown on the Moon symbols will be awarded. If all positions have been filled by Moon symbols, you will win a 100x jackpot.
Next up is the Mystery Symbol Feature. If triggered by the wheel, this feature will award you 5 free spins. Just as the name suggests, a random Mystery Symbol will show up in each position on reels 2, 3 and 4. The Mystery Symbol may also change per free spin. If the “Extra Games!” symbol shows up on reels 1 and 5, it will add another 5 free spins to the count, but this can only be triggered once. The drum Scatter does not show up during the Mystery Symbol feature.
To close it out, we move on to the Nudge Feature. You will be awarded 10 free spins. Whenever a Wild shows up, it will nudge the other symbols out of the way to cover an entire reel. The Wild will then freeze and remain in place for the next spins until it thaws. During this feature, if the “Extra Games!” symbol shows up on reels 1 and 5, you will be awarded another 3 free spins. This can be triggered up to 3 times maximum, for a total of 9 extra free games. Drum Scatters do not show up during the Nudge feature either.
